Welcome to Keep It Alpine. We provide a noncommercial service sharing our outdoor adventures, promoting an outdoor lifestyle. Please read these terms of service “Terms” because these Terms govern your use of our website, its information and your participation in any Keep It Alpine activity or challenge. The Terms also govern your interaction with any websites we own or operate, or any links from our website, and participation in Keep It Alpine events or promotions. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who May Participate in Keep It Alpine Activities and Challenges: You must be 18 years old or older to participate in Keep It Alpine activities and/or challenges or to participate as a Keep It Alpine Ambassador.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, KEEP IT ALPINE DECLINES ANY RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING ANY ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY A MINOR UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE WITH OR WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF A PARENT. IF YOU ARE A PARENT AND YOU GIVE YOUR PERMISSION FOR YOUR CHILD TO REGISTER FOR ONE OF THE ACTIVITIES OR CHALLENGES, YOU THEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICES BY YOUR CHILD.
2. Safe and Appropriate Use
While you are participating in any Keep It Alpine activity or challenge, please be aware of your surroundings and hike, camp, and communicate safely. You agree that your travel and participation is at your own risk, and that you will not violate any applicable law, regulation, policy or instructions as outlined in these Terms and you will not encourage or enable any other individual to do so.
Keep It Alpine does not intend that any information or review or endorsement of equipment or services to be considered an endorsement of medical or health devices, or to provide medical or health advice.
3. Interactions with People
You agree that in conjunction with your participation of Keep It Alpine activities and/or challenges, you will maintain safe and appropriate contact with other people you may encounter. You will not harass threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others. You will not trespass, or in any manner attempt to gain or gain access to any property or location where you do not have a right or permission to be, and will not otherwise engage in any activity that may result in injury, death, property damage, nuisance, or liability of any kind. If you have a dispute with any third party relating to your participation in an event or challenge, you release Keep It Alpine (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. You agree to further execute the Keep It Alpine Release form as a prerequisite and irrevocable condition of participating in any Keep It Alpine activity or challenge or participate as a Keep It Alpine Ambassador.
4. Interactions with Environment
You agree that in conjunction with your participation of Keep It Alpine activities and/or challenges, you will adhere to Leave No Trace principles. You agree to travel, hike, and camp in designated or approved areas or on designated trails, dispose of waste properly, and obtain all required permits according to local laws and ordinance.
You may encounter wildlife, animals, and insects. You agree not harass, threaten or harm any wildlife or animal, and respect and not damage their homes, burrows, nests, and/or territories.
5. Content and Content Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Keep It Alpine grants you a personal, noncommercial, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, view, display, and use the Content of the website solely for your permitted use to assist with participation in a Keep It Alpine activity or challenge. "Content" means the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, communications, interactive features, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the website.
You acknowledge that the Content and website information and links are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Content. You further agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, or repurpose any Content for any commercial use or publish in any document or website without express written advance permission of the Content owner.

Keep It Alpine is not responsible for the availability or quality of third party products or services, including cell phone networks, GPS services, outfitting, and other services. Such third party products or services may affect your ability to participate in an activity or challenge and you hereby waive and release Keep It Alpine and any other party involved in creating or delivering the products or services from all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses or liability which may arise out of, result from, or relate in any way to such third party services.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
